Promotional Industry Number (PIN)

PINs have been introduced by Trade Only to help distributors and suppliers connect with each other more effectively and are now available on the Trade Only Search Website

The main uses of PIN numbers are as follows

1. Help distributors access accurate information on suppliers, such as current address, phone and email details.
2. Make the process of downloading product data from Trade Only Search into your local systems easier .
3. Make it even easier to import data direct from Trade Only suppliers giving you instant access to up to date product information and special pricing.
4. Help suppliers download product enquiries from Trade Only Search and maintain accurate prospect contact information

PINs are only available to genuine trade suppliers or distributors (Trade Only Members) and to qualify a company must fulfil the following criteria

Distributor

An organisation that makes a margin by selling promotional products to an end user.

Supplier

An organisation that manufacturers or wholesales promotional products to distributors. If it suppl ies end users it must have a clear trade pricing policy
